Excellent Service Commended
I like to go outdoors a lot and have on many occasions not had the necessary bandages or supplies necessary when climbing, biking or hiking in the wilderness. I noticed that you included some items in your kits that I wouldn’t have even thought of.
To me though, all of that would not have mattered had your service been bad. Fortunately, working with your company has been a joy. I had a tiny issue with my kit and emailed you. You responded very promptly and you were amazingly pleasant. Not only did you address and resolve my problem, but you also went out of your way to make sure I was satisfied with the products and service.
