The Merrickville Venturer Scouts partake in many high adventure activities such as seven day wilderness canoe trips and snowshoe hiking up 4,000 foot mountains. In many cases professional medical attention is days away. It is imperative for our risk management that both our adults and youth have the necessary tools at their disposal in the event of a medical emergency.
